Daniel Davies
Has had a background in property from an early age watching his parents build their portfolio.
Gained property knowledge and experience building his restaurant and then also plenty of business knowledge along the way, including managing up to 25 members of staff at the height of busy seasons.
Property investing full time since leasing the business in 2017.​
Has a wealth of knowledge on most property aspects. Regularly attends property networking events and courses all over the country. Always keen to learn and a fan of networking. Has made many lifelong friends through these.
Megan Davies
Has a love for admin and although the complete opposite to Dan, both work well as a team with plenty of balance.
Gained many skills with managing the restaurant alongside Dan including customer service, bookkeeping and also trained to AAT level 4 in accounting.
Manages the admin on the rental portfolio & all social media platforms and website.
With four children together, it's a busy home/work balance but works well.
Our 'WHY'
We have four children -
Jessica, Isabella, James & Lucy.
they are the reason why we work so hard.
We want to make sure they have the best start for their future possible and by being financially free (or at least, able to work around what suits us best as we manage the majority of our rental portfolio ourselves), we feel this is the best way for us.
