I N T R O D U C T I O N
We are Dan and Megan, a husband and wife team!
After Dan’s training to become a chef and running a busy roadside bus cafe, he then built his own restaurant which was also a huge success. (This opened in 2006 and is where we met even though our families have been friends for years!)
T H E S T A R T
Whilst running the restaurant, 2008 saw the first purchase of our investment portfolio. A full renovation job. This property’s only toilet was in a shed at the end of the garden! Also our first ever tenant proved to be one of our worst but didn’t put us off in the least.
T H E N E X T S T E P
After spending well over a decade in the food industry, (including a marriage and 3 children with the 4th due in the September of 2017) we decided it was time to prioritise family life as the children were getting older and took the HUGE step to lease out the restaurant which had been our life! This has now joined our ever growing rental portfolio.
After quite a few single buy-to-let properties previously, we have since moved into buying run down multi unit blocks (reisdential and also mixed use) to upgrade which bring a higher return on investment than the average single let.

We are full time property investors and manage the majority of our rental properties ourselves.
